About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice-President to join our team at LG Electrical & Engine Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
