Drive Pricing Precision at Home Hardware Stores

We're seeking a skilled Price and Cost Analyst to join our team at Home Hardware Stores. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to determine the ideal target price for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to determine optimal target prices.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve preferred target margins.
  • Collaborate with the merchant and marketing teams to define pricing structures for our products.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments.
  • Perform competitor analysis and evaluate target pricing structures.
  • Identify opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions.
  • Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects.
  • Create reports reflecting metrics and project status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Economics.
  • Experience with complex database queries, reports, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Oracle.
