Job Summary

BURNCO LLC is seeking a skilled Mixer Driver to join our Fort McMurray, Alberta Ready Mix division. As a Mixer Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and pouring concrete at various sites, working in a small team to complete client orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Ready-Mix Truck in urban areas and tight construction sites.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment at locations in and around the plant.
  • Learn and adhere to company safety protocols to execute work safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Class 1 or 3 CDL (with air brake endorsement).
  • Clean 5-year driver's abstract.
  • Concrete Mixer truck driving experience preferred.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • City driving experience.
  • Ability to drive standard or manual transmission.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available on short notice.
  • Ability to successfully pass comprehensive pre-employment testing, including a background check, drug and alcohol screen, and fitness to work testing.
