Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Ready-Mix Truck: Safely navigate urban areas and tight construction sites, ensuring timely delivery of concrete to various sites.

Maintenance and Safety: Perform regular equipment maintenance, adhere to company safety protocols, and contribute to maintaining clean and safe plant surroundings.

Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with a small team to fulfill client orders, excel in customer and team communication, and drive change while showcasing pride in workmanship and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Class 1 or 3 CDL (with air brake endorsement)
  • Clean 5-year Drivers Abstract
  • Preferably, experience with Concrete Mixer truck driving
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with city driving
  • Proficiency in driving standard or manual transmission
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and short notice availability
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing
