About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Analyst Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Master Data Analysts, ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Master Data Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Identify business issues and develop solutions to improve data quality and governance.
  • Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and reliable.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Master Data Analyst Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
