Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Mission Assurance strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Lead a team of Mission Assurance professionals to provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a system for managing processes critical to Mission Success, including program quality processes.
  • Provide training and support to ensure effective implementation of Mission Assurance processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering Management preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in engineering development, with a strong background in hardware and software development.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager with Mission Assurance experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
