The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely consolidation of our external IFRS financial statements, consolidated internal management reports, and legal entity reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for financial reporting, including consolidation, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with our tax, treasury, operations, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in internal controls and recommend solutions.
  • Act as liaison with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including public company reporting and consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting regulations.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
