French Immersion Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated French Immersion Educator to join our team at qathet School District. As a French Immersion Educator, you will play a vital role in enriching the learning experience of our students and contributing to the development of their language skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and creative lessons based on the BC Ministry of Education Curriculum. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in all aspects of life.
Qualifications- Completion of a Bachelor of Education
- Membership in or eligible to become a member of the BC Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB)
- Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS)
- French Immersion training and/or experience (native or native-like fluency)
- Demonstrated fluency and facility (both oral and written) in French and English
- Successful French Immersion teaching or practicum experience
