Job Title: General Manager - Trucking Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our trucking company, In & Out Express Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, including allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
