Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives, including allocating resources, managing budgets, and making key decisions.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing departments, coordinating with regions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the success of the team.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in transportation and logistics.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and MS PowerPoint.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player.
