Modish Homes Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating the work of regions and divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions and divisions
- Establish objectives and formulate policies
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and delegate authority to middle managers and directors
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
