Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and security needs are met.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and effective communication.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Quality and Production Levels: Monitor and maintain high quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Training: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance expectations.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are fair, equitable, and meet the needs of the organization.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:
  • You will require a Security Guard License.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • You will work under pressure to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Personal Suitability:
  • You will require excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You will need to demonstrate initiative, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
