Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and advancing the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Provide training and education to employees on diversity and inclusion issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Possess a full G Ontario Driver's License or provincial equivalent.
- Have their Basic Constable Training Diploma from the Ontario Police College or equivalent.
