Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Spadoni Motors Limited. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair

Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.

System Adjustments and Repairs

Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems.

Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

Use diagnostic equipment and techniques to identify and repair complex mechanical issues.

Reporting and Documentation

Complete detailed reports to record problems and work performed, and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant trade certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.

Experience and Skills

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the transportation equipment industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair techniques.

Personal Qualities

Reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
