Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

RICHMOND PIZZA INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
