Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business or Health Administration (MBA) or recognized equivalent
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in a strategic planning focused role
  • Expertise in strategic planning, project management, change management, business development, and quality and process improvement
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in data manipulation, analysis, and interpretation
