We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner (Industrial / Facilities) to join our team at Klopp Richards & Associates. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and disinfect units, common areas, and amenities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and security standards are met.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required, including replacing light bulbs and emptying garbage containers.
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
- Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle (REQUIRED).
- Clear criminal background check (REQUIRED).
- High School Diploma or GED is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 11kg (25 lbs) is also required.
