Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 Edmonton Int. Airport. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
