About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fruit Farm Worker to join our team at 1437398 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Ensure the greenhouse is clean and well-maintained to promote healthy crop growth.
  • Harvesting and Handling: Hand harvest vegetables and other crops, and handle them with care to prevent damage.
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Weeding and Cleaning: Regularly weed and clean the work area to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop management and harvesting tasks.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market to ensure high standards are met.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule to be determined.
