Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Harvest and handle vegetables with care to prevent damage.
  • Identify and harvest seedlings at the right stage of growth.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to promote healthy growth.
  • Remove weeds and debris from the farm to prevent competition for resources.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized to maintain efficiency.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Work a permanent schedule with 40 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively in English.

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule, offering a stable and rewarding work environment.
