Job Summary:

Monarch Kitchen Bath and Home is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks: Safely transport goods and products to customers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Professionalism in customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accept payment or invoices: Collect payment or process invoices for delivered items, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Load and unload goods: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Sort packages for delivery: Organize and sort packages for delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection: Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Transportation/travel experience: Local transportation experience is required.
  • Security and safety: A clean driving record and a criminal record check are required.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Weight handling: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots are required.
  • Personal suitability: Organized, reliable, accurate, dependable, and punctual.
