Backend Software Developer

We're looking for a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Brokeback Infrastructure team, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful products and backend services that power our Equities experience in mobile and web applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, write, test, and release platform or product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, team productivity, and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scope technical projects

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of software developer experience
  • Experience with Go or Python
  • Experience with Kafka and data streaming technologies
  • Experience with handling/processing large amounts of data
  • Experience at a fintech company or financial firm
