The Role: Chief Experience Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage small groups of adventurers, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout the journey.
  • Deliver insightful commentary and share your expertise on local culture, history, and natural wonders.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the trip, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a travel or outdoor adventure setting.
