Our fleet boasts over 250 specialized pieces of equipment, and we offer a full range of services including truck, jack and slide, and specialized industrial moving services; special transportation projects including moving hazardous materials and over-sized items; warehousing and yard space, which includes special storage and reporting; and continuous tracking of shipments.

We are currently seeking a full-time forklift operator to join our team at our Abbotsford location. This is a Monday to Friday position from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Scope:

  • Forklift operation to accept, count and unload material from inbound trailers.
  • Load outbound material from the staging areas or trailers to the outbound trailers.
  • Shipping and receiving material along with required accurate documentation.
  • Load all materials into/onto trailers using proper load securement principles to prevent damage in transit.
  • Actively promote health and safety through participation and leadership in T-Lanes 1Health and Safety Program and Policies.
  • Safe operation of all equipment.

What You Bring:

  • Valid British Columbia Drivers License
  • Experience in warehouse (receiving or materials management).
  • Experience in using MS Office (Strong excel skills)
  • Forklift experience 3 yrs (gas, diesel and/or electric powered) up to 30,000 lbs.
  • Some background with trucking and or oil companies
  • Rigging experience an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, follow through skills and organized
  • Flexibility to multitask, and cross-train within the department
  • Able to meet deadline and work in a team environment
