About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our operations at Heartwood Kitchen and Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our department, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of our department, providing strategic direction and guidance to our team members.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and ensure the effective management of our financial resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related functions.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish procedures to maintain corporate governance standards.
  • Recruitment and Training: Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate the effectiveness of our administrative services.
