Your Role:

  • Welcome clients and answer their questions.
  • Guide clients on banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve sometimes complex situations.
  • Provide advice and transactional solutions for individuals.
  • Build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialized colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and risk management.

Your Team:

The branch is open one evening per week. The work schedules vary according to the team's availability. You collaborate daily with a team of specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Requirements:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and respectful behavior towards differences.
  • Empathetic with a strong focus on the customer.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to share knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
