Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the maritime industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
