- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the beauty industry is preferred.
This position is set in a vibrant beauty shop, where you will manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities within the salon.
- Coordinate work schedules and ensure efficient operations of equipment and machinery.
- Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for salon operations.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical advice and recommendations to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of salon staff.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
