Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior staff to lead these areas.
  • Set strategic objectives for the restaurant and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve these goals.
  • Act as the representative of the restaurant in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates to fulfill this role.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to succeed.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent

  • Work Hours: 42 to 50 hours per week
