Food Service Operations Manager

SJB Melo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
You will be working as part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Food Service Manager. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
