Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Consultant to join our Winnipeg Consulting team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive analysis, strategic guidance, and action planning to empower clients to achieve their vision while balancing current needs with future goals.

Responsibilities

  • Propose, plan, and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on strategy and planning services in the private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous sectors.
  • Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program redesigns, financial analysis, and other forms of management consulting.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
  • Design and develop high-quality deliverables, including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or other related field.
  • CMC, PMP, Lean, or other related certifications are considered an asset.
  • 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment.
  • Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset.
  • Experience in project management is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
