Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Create a positive and engaging experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to our established visual standards and ensuring a consistent brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
- Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
