Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Survey Clerk to join our team in Montreal. As a Survey Clerk, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for Rental Market surveys. This is a casual position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and enter data for Rental Market surveys in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary information is captured.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that data entry deadlines are met and data quality is maintained.
- Conduct research to address information gaps and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data analysis and reporting, to support the survey process.
- A post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or data analysis.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Related experience in property management or the housing industry.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
