Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Efficiently cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce standard meat cuts.
- Trim and prepare various cuts of meat to meet quality standards.
- Remove bones from meat with precision.
- Divide poultry into appropriate parts for sale.
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for display and sale.
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets as per customer specifications.
- Grind meats to create specialty products.
- Slice cooked meats for deli and ready-to-eat offerings.
- Design and prepare attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meat products for presentation.
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Position type: Permanent.
- Work language: English.
- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
