Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at NATH MEAT. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce high-quality meat products
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Remove bones from meat to ensure a clean and safe product
- Cut poultry into parts and clean and prepare fish and shellfish for consumption
- Grind meats to create a variety of products
- Slice cooked meats to meet customer preferences
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to create visually appealing products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
