Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the daily operations of the learning center, working closely with staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Develop and implement effective academic programs to meet the needs of students of all ages and abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide high-quality instruction and support to students.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide guidance on how to support their academic development.
- Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses to promote the learning center's programs and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
