Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with both new and existing clients to conduct needs assessments that foster loyalty and identify opportunities.

  • Continuously seek ways to enhance overall business performance and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in personal investment products to enrich client conversations.
  • May operate across multiple branches and channels to meet market demands and client expectations.
  • Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards to protect the Bank's interests.
  • Engage in creative thinking to propose innovative solutions.
  • Exercise sound judgment in identifying and resolving issues within established guidelines.
  • Work independently while being open to broader responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CFP designation is preferred, or one of the following qualifications:
    • Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation,
    • Wealth Management Essentials (WME) with Financial Planning Supplement,
    • Professional Financial Planning Course (PFPC),
    • Financial Planning I & II (FP I & II).
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course, with licensing to sell mutual funds (excluding QC or IQPF in Quebec).
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Specialized expertise gained through education and/or professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective influencing skills.
Compensation:

The compensation package includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities, reflecting the skills, experience, and qualifications of the candidate.
