Job Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to oversee the security operations at Midtown Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of tenants, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, assignments, and incident reporting.
  • Monitor and control access to sensitive areas and controlled access points.
  • Respond to security and life safety-related requests from customers, tenants, and employees.
  • Coordinate emergency responses and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily supervisory inspections and ensure staff compliance with security protocols.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
  • Assist in the training and development of security personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of security reports and incident documentation.
  • Collaborate with retail tenants, local law enforcement, and emergency services to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Implement emergency procedures, disaster recovery plans, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Law Enforcement and/or Security Administration.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in retail security.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, diplomatic, and confident individual with ability to deal with tenants and the public.
  • Possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License.
  • Familiar with applicable health and safety legislation.
  • Certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Oxygen Administration.
  • Must be able to provide a Clear Criminal Background Certificate.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
