We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Canada INC.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure that all sales areas are adequately staffed.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all sales areas are stocked with merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and leadership.
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
