Senior Cost Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will support top clients for Turner & Townsend on a major program.

About the Role

As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and contributing to a prosperous society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cost management services on a major program
  • Manage and take responsibility for estimating and cost planning activities
  • Carry out research related to construction market conditions in Canada
  • Manage and mentor junior staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of change control procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience as a Senior Cost Consultant
  • Recognized University Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Knowledge of and experience using CostX is an asset
