Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct Product Managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct competitor assessments, market research, and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage competitive intelligence across product lines, including trends, growth, and disruptors.
  • Define and determine customer needs, experiences, and expectations through primary and secondary research.
  • Develop integrated communication plans across the product lifecycle for each product.
  • Evolve the product marketing methodology to ensure best practices are incorporated across functions.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Requirements
  • MBA degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic development, positioning, and marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience with Internet Advertising and Marketing.
  • Ability to identify shifts and emerging trends in the marketplace and monitor performance against objectives.
