- Manage the supply and disposal of bedpans as part of daily care routines.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Serve meals and assist patients with feeding as needed.
- Provide physical support by weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
- Facilitate communication by delivering messages and reports between departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patients' rooms, including making beds.
- Supervise and assist patients with their exercise routines to promote health.
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Transport patients safely between care facilities and within the home environment.
- Respond to call signals promptly to address patients' needs.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations as required.
- Completion of a Secondary School Graduation Certificate.
- Possession of relevant certifications, including First Aid, CPR, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail. A strong focus on client care, dependability, organization, and teamwork is essential for success in this position.
Experience RequirementsPrior experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
This position is permanent, requiring approximately 30 hours per week of commitment.
