Job Summary

Highbrow LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Security and Compliance: Develop and implement security controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Cloud Orchestration: Design and implement cloud orchestration platforms for automated provisioning, management, and scalability of hosts, containers, applications, and cloud services.
  • API and Webhook Development: Develop APIs and Webhooks for integration with system management systems, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Data Transformation and Reporting: Develop data transformation and reporting capabilities for security compliance KPIs and KRIs.
  • Security Tooling Integration: Integrate security tooling into enterprise deployment pipelines for developer feedback and runtime governance.
  • SIEM Integration: Integrate security reporting with SIEM and incorporate with Enterprise Monitoring procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in fast-paced DevOps Engineering teams within Scrum agile processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of automation and IT experience, 2+ years in DevOps and cloud experience.
  • Skills: Strong programming skills with experience in API and Webhook development using Python, PowerShell, and Rego. Experience with automating and integrating serverless PaaS solutions in Azure and GCP platforms.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Container security and orchestration, experience with compliance and application security tools, understanding of Cloud (Azure/GCP) security features, and ability to troubleshoot Network, DNS, Firewall, and routing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
