About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Fiamo Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas in a clean and organized manner to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Pot and Pan Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Work Environment
