About the Role:

Traffic Tech is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in defending our applications, networks, and systems against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective security measures to protect our systems and data.
  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development of security governance and procedural artifacts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our systems remain secure.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including EDR, email security, data protection, and identity management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
