In this role, the educator is tasked with the immediate education and re-education of clients in both institutional and community settings, following established intervention strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The primary objective is rehabilitation and/or reintegration into society. This is accomplished by organizing, coordinating, and leading program activities that promote learning and the development of appropriate skills and behaviors.
As an educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients and their families to assess their unique needs and promote self-determination.

- Creating an encouraging learning atmosphere and instructing specific skills for individuals with disabilities.
- Evaluating situations involving challenging behaviors, developing hypotheses, and implementing interventions.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
