TEAMS Transport is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our administrative team. This role involves managing various human resources systems while enhancing the standardization of HR resources throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in similar positions and understand the dynamics of HR management in large enterprises. This background will be instrumental in refining and developing new Systems & Procedures at TEAMS Transport. The HR Operations Specialist will be tasked with:

  1. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to human resources.
  2. Overseeing all facets of Operational, Health & Safety meetings, along with necessary reporting.
  3. Coordinating and organizing recruitment efforts at TEAMS.
  4. Serving as the primary contact for all HR inquiries from staff and drivers.
  5. Managing the creation and processing of documentation for each employee.
  6. Facilitating employee surveys and engagement initiatives.
  7. Staying informed about current legislation and potential future changes.
  8. Leading various projects aimed at standardizing templates and procedures across the organization.
  9. Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies.
  10. Providing administrative support as needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  1. Completion of a post-secondary program in HR Administration or equivalent studies.
  2. Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines accurately.
  4. Effective communication skills, both in person and through written correspondence.
  5. Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn in-house software.
  6. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  7. A proactive approach and a positive attitude.
  8. Dependability and reliability in all responsibilities.
