Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team in SF Compensation Management. As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business platforms to meet organizational needs
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems
  • Monitor platform performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions
  • Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives to achieve objectives and expected value
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in software development and configuration
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of business processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across digital and business units
