About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning and driving Infrastructure Cost related strategic initiatives, focusing on improving the Infrastructure Cost Management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with finance and technical teams to forecast infrastructure costs, build queries, and analyze data to support cost modeling, chargebacks, and cost allocations.
  • Influence and support strategic decision-making, modeling business scenarios, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Provide deep insights into data and complex problems or situations using appropriate methodologies.
  • Support initiatives to build scalable and automated systems to support ever-increasing forecast and shared cost allocation needs for clear and transparent tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experienced business analyst with demonstrated advanced data analysis, critical thinking, and process improvement capabilities, with understanding of operations and financial management.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide transformational changes and comfortable with evaluating and tackling complexities that come with change and understanding possible effects.
  • Additional skills include project management abilities, which involve planning, initiating, implementing, and closing team-specific goals.
  • FinOps certified practitioner or proficiency with FinOps operating framework.
