Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide Team Members
  • Facilitate regular team meetings for effective communication
  • Coach and develop Team Members to achieve peak productivity
  • Address Team Member and customer concerns
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health & safety, food safety, and loss prevention
  • Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling to meet financial targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Team Members, Customers, and Vendors

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a meat department with comprehensive product knowledge
  • Prior experience in meat cutting
  • Understanding of raw materials, product processes, and quality control costs
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster relationships
  • Capability to lead, coach, and motivate in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Proactive in resolving issues with urgency
  • Effective communication and listening abilities
  • Creative skills for developing appealing displays
  • Ability to model and inspire behaviors aligned with our values

This position requires availability for days, evenings, and weekends, and travel may be necessary for off-site events.
